Return Portal

Please be advised that we will only approve return requests for the following reasons:

1. Parcel damaged on arrival

2. Poor quality/faulty

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you use a charger with an electric current under 2A when charging the smartwatch. Using a charger with a higher electric current may cause damage to the device. As this is the responsibility of the customer, we do not take liability for any damage caused by improper charger usage.

The following reasons will not be accepted for return requests:

Arrived too late

Doesn’t suit me: Please review the product description carefully before purchasing, as no refunds will be made in cases such as inappropriate size, function not found, etc. These specifications are clearly shown on the product page.

It does not work with my phone

Unable to change the time and watch face

Blood Pressure Inaccuracy

Any other concerns not listed above can often be resolved through our customer service team. Additionally, issues that do not fall under these categories may not qualify for a return under our warranty policy.
